2. Refunds for Creators:
- Creators are eligible for refunds on transaction fees for cancelled private sessions if the cancellation is initiated by the user and the session hasn't commenced.
- Refunds for payouts are not applicable once payments have been processed unless there is an error in the payout calculation.
3. Dispute Resolution:
- In case of disputes regarding refunds, users and creators can contact our support team at support@privatehangout.com with relevant details for review and resolution.
4. Exceptions:
- Refunds may not be provided in cases of violation of our terms of service or fraudulent activities.
5. Policy Updates:
- Private Hangout reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Users and creators will be notified of any changes via email or platform notifications.
